A tired log set is one of the easiest upgrades in the house: modern cast logs and a properly sized burner transform an open fireplace in an afternoon — an honest, affordable refresh for a fireplace you already like.
Two things we hold the line on. Sizing: a burner matched to your firebox and gas supply, so you get confident flame. And venting: vented log sets only — no ventless products, ever, because they release combustion byproducts into the room. If your real goal is heat, we'll show you the insert comparison first.

Questions We Hear About Gas Logs
Gas logs or an insert — which should I get?
Gas logs win on price and keeping the open-fireplace look; an insert wins on heat, several times over. If the room needs warmth, see the insert first. If the room needs glow, logs are the easy answer. We sell plenty of both and will tell you plainly which fits.
Why don't you sell ventless gas logs?
Ventless units vent into the room — moisture and combustion byproducts included. Plenty of places sell them anyway; we don't, period. Every set we install vents properly.
Can you replace just my old log set?
Usually, yes — if your existing burner and gas line check out, a new set drops in cleanly. We'll verify sizing and safety as part of the install either way.
How long does installation take?
Most gas log installations are done in a single visit, burn-tested and demonstrated before we leave.
